Working on a project-to-project basis is an impactful and necessary way for us to manage our research, consulting, and educational offerings at CREST. However due to the nature of project work, this means that sometimes there is an inconsistent funding timeline. To make up for these gaps and to further connect with sustainable tourism businesses, four times a year, CREST holds eco-auctions via Charitybuzz.com. These online auctions feature travel packages from responsibly and sustainably operated travel companies. The proceeds of these auctions are an integral part of making sure CREST can continue our various programs for responsible travel, and support our research, internship program, Travelers' Philanthropy program, and daily operations as a non-profit.
