Calling all academics, graduate students, and researchers! We invite you to share your bold and innovative research at the Center for Responsible Travel’s (CREST) 2024 World Tourism Day Forum. Our “Ideas Exchange” provides a unique platform for you to present your work to a broader audience than a typical academic conference, garner feedback from peers, and spark opportunities for collaboration.

Why Participate?

Participating in the Ideas Exchange allows you to:

  • Present your research to a diverse audience
  • Garner feedback from industry leaders and peers
  • Network with other multi-sector tourism stakeholders and experts
  • Explore opportunities for collaboration and future research

What’s Involved?

Participants will be given 30 seconds to provide a “quick pitch” of their research on the main stage. You will also be provided a board to display your poster (24’’x36’’) at the venue, which must be headed with a BOLD research question at the top. This will be a fantastic opportunity to engage with attendees, gather ideas via your “sticky note” box, and display snippets of your research/data on your board.

When & Where?

The Ideas Exchange will take place on September 24th, 2024 at CREST’s World Tourism Day Forum in Atlanta, GA. The conference venue is Monday Night Garage and the host hotel is the Darwin Hotel.
