Thank You for Supporting Us!

CREST’s “Celebration of Responsible Travel and Festive Trip Auction” took place on the evening of November 5 at a lovely private home in Woodside, CA. CREST auctioned off a dozen holiday trips, all provided by our travel company partners.

The event was hosted by CREST Board Chair Roger Lang and MC'd by Diane Dwyer, the popular Bay Area NBC-TV news anchor. Special guest Rodney Fong, Chair of the San Francisco Convention and Visitors Bureau, provided two wonderful baskets of door prizes of San Franscisco hotels, restaurants, and other tourism attractions.

We are happy to report that the evening succeeded our expectations and that we have more support of our ongoing programs.

CREST is especially grateful to those who purchased the fabulous vacation packages and will now be able to travel with leading companies in responsible tourism, many of whom have won international awards and received “green” certification ratings.
